I'm a wife, Mama Bear of two amazing boys, artist, designer, lover of color, branding, and details.
I believe in following your passions and cultivating relationships that add value to your life.
What do I love? Printed paper. Letterpress. Pairing typefaces together. That amazing thing that happens when you first put some paint down with a palette knife on a canvas. Photography. Macro photography and bokeh! Sunrises and sunsets along Narragansett Bay (and beyond). Our Ocean State — Rhode Island. Our four seasons, especially Autumn. And of course, the color teal, and every shade of it.
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Rhode Island in 2007. I painted with acrylic, illustrated with oil pastels, drew with pencil and charcoal, and designed with pixels both in 2-D and 3-D. I traveled to Germany in 2007 to put my 3-D design skills to use for the National Science Foundation. I have been putting my passion into design, branding, advertising and photography since then.
For the past 11 years, I led in-house marketing and enrollment communications for the globally recognized leader in pre-college programs at Brown University, offering on-campus, online, and international programs to over 6,000 high school students annually.
